Sure. But only If you are willing to learn samskritam. Otherwise you can read abhirami anthadi, thevaram, thiruvasagam, thiruppuazh. To learn samskritam slokams you should learn samskritam alphabets correctly and pronounce correctly. Just reading from a tamizh book without ka kha ga gha difference is not advisable. You can get the book and audio recording of mooka pancha shathi from this page
